Ok.. here we go.
I was banned for the following two reasons
1 - Ban Evading: My brother was banned a few months back for advertising his poor website, he then Ban Evaded. Since we are on the same IP address.. I was accused of Ban Evading.
2 - Self Vouching: My brother had (unknowingly by me) accessed my account to post on his threads 3 times, these weren't vouches at all. None of them included the word "Vouch" at all. (Yes I know that is "lack of account control" but I didn't even know he had been on my account)
It has been proven to FireZ that I am innocent, after a huge conversation via MSN between FireZ, my brother and I, It was proven I am innocent.
What I want to know.. is why FireZ suddenly changed his mind about me? That conversation proved my innocence and FireZ had even posted on my dispute thread that I hadn't commit the offenses I was accused of. Then randomly five minutes later, his post was deleted? then he blocked me on MSN.
I have been a loyal Sythe member since the day I joined, I have done over 100+ successful trades, made many friends and I haven't made many enemies. I would of given up by now IF i wasn't innocent. I am innocent and I need you to know this. I'm not "asking from the bottom of my heart for you to forgive me" because there's nothing to forgive.. I haven't commit any offenses. I am willing to talk on MSN to any moderators, or go on webcam with my brother to prove it wasn't me.
