vps using a lot of ram

i bought the 2g ram vps from seerhost and one bot, settings set all the way to the right is taking up 1.3gb of ram? i thought it would beable to run 4 with settings not set to the right? its a wc bot

 

That is very interesting. I take it that right is the lowest ram you can get? Anyway, send Seerhost a message about it because a single bot doesn't take that much up. I run 6 bots on 2gb of ram easily.

Depends on what you are running? what bot client are you using? Nexus? because WC shouldnt take that much up

 

Buy more auths, that will lower ur usage.

 

I hope you where actually joking there. Regardless of how many auths you have, it will go the same speed.

 

I'm not sure how ram heavy the WC bot is, but 1.3gb is an awfully large amount.

What are the other specs of your VPS? Remember it's not just RAM that determines the # of bots you can run.

 

Have you tried adding more bots? Just because it's using 1.3GB for 1 bot doesn't mean it's going to use 2.6GB for 2 bots.

I thought you were supposed to put all of them to the left for low RAM usage?

 

It shouldn't be taking that much up but put your global settings to the right for less RAM consumption.

 

I also noticed the same problem on mine, but once i added more bots the ram went down and i was able to fit the normal amount in
