What do you need to use a pin line?
-A pin line (special telephone number)
-A 4 number pin (Pin for the line, not for RS)
-A telephone or VOIP (VOIP is better, it's much cheaper)

Where do i get a pin line?
You buy them from other people. None will tell you how they got it.

Here is a walkthrough on using your pin line.

Step 1:
Get a voip account. I use voipzoom (only ···8364;2,50 a month)

Step2:
Dial ur pin line.
Don't forget the country number
Example for australia: Pin line = 0891234567
You dial: +61891234567

Step3:
Wait till a voice says: "Welcome to ...... Dial ur pin number please"

You don't need to wait till she's finished speaking when you enter the pin.

Step4:
After you entered your pin, the voice will say:"Enter Test line number"
Now enter "01", if it doesn't work try "02", if that doesn't work try "03"

Step5:
It will say "Line zero one connected" and you'll hear a different sound. Now enter 1831 (this is the 6 month exploit) quickly followed by the runescape number (1900999899).

Step6:
If it says "This number could not be dialled with this service". Then it failed and your line is useless. Else you'll hear: "You have been connected with surpin. This call costs 13.99 AUD"

You won't end up paying that amount.

Step7:
type #*# (no waiting exploit) and then you can call back right away

Step8:
Enjoy selling pins
