The user who was scammed by the person who compromised my account is banned. The user who was scammed by that person (godsmoke25) has been inactive since October 2014. I have been unable to find any contact details for that person.

Please read my previous pardon here for information on what happened/I believe happened all those years ago.

I would like to return to Sythe and contribute as I did previously, and would like to state that I did not scam the user.

Really I am just looking to see what my options are. I understand that the $400 I owe would be paid to the person who was scammed as a result of my compromised machine, however they are now banned. The person they scammed has been inactive for several years and it seems unlikely of being able to get hold of them.

I'm aware that I will potentially have to repay sums of money to certain people who may have been scammed and would like to know the process behind this? Can you shed some light on how this is decided as the people I will potentially be giving money to have no direct involvement in my case.

Is there a way I should contact people involved in this, or is it all through the forum?

Support DNT till a payment plan is sorted.

 

I think you should get a DNT for the time being until we can work out the $400 payment.

Since you claim you were hacked, and I have nothing to contradict that, when the $400 compensation is made, I'd support a pardon.

Not sure how you would go about repaying the $400 to other victims quite yet; comments? @Shin @Dave @video @n4n0

 

Generally what we would do in a case like this (if we decide to hold him liable) is find some scam victims that are unrelated to his ban and have him pay them as a show of good faith. Im okay with supporting this either way.

 

DNT, have him send the $400 to another scam victim that we can find, or one of Elena's scam victims because there were a few of those

Someone pointed out Elena owed money to Time To Buy/Jon (charity donation?)/xier0 so those three are possible

 

I know for a fact TTB and Jon were each owned like $150 - @Xier0 got any proof of her owing you money?

Can you link me TTB/Jon's scam report on Elana for the $250 each as I can't seem to find them. Is the gofundme page Astro posted the best way for me to donate to that or is there a different way? I am not aware of the situation regarding Jon or what has happened so if you could let me know.

Also in the meantime am I able to have a DNT and return or will I remain banned until repayments etc?
