Qemo requesting removal of current offences

Qemo requesting removal of current offences added to my name: Attempted scamming, DNT evasion, Trading while DNT.

Okey lets start from "Recovering" account.

Day after I got banned for month for leaking rsn (acidentally) I contacted my friend Andre whom I known for almost year now. Andre is person whom I sold my account to, I msged him and asked him to post on my profile that I recovered account from him ( Account still belongs to him btw I havent recovered it) Reason why I contacted Andre was to put ipker dirty scammer pernamently in grave without chance to pardon.

So I made post reported myself to make it more beliavable that I was scammer and contacted Ipker and asked him to "scam" with me. In realirty I was trying to make him admit that he was scammer, but unfortunately
he understood what I had in mind and reported me to make himself come up clean from this situation.

Anyone with bright mind could see that it was all set up since I highly dislike that person since he broke my trust and scammed someone from my discord that I have sent to him.

One more thing, Day after I contacted ipker "Moe" Infamous scammer adds me and asks me to join his scamming discord. I have feeling that Moe, Osrsinferno and ipker are somewhat linked maybe even same person , cause I had voicechat with osrsinferno before he got banned and he sounds exacly like ipker Or idk all sandcrabs sound same that might be reason too.




Now lets move onto me creating new accounts countless times to acess discord.

Since I am originally banned for leaking RSN which is temp month ban I tought it would be ok if I created new account to acess discord, Since for some reason I was kicked out of discord on Qemo and as far as I am concerned temp banned users are allowed to have acess to discord.

 

Banned this account for ban evading. You can make disputes from a guest account, either way you must Request a Pardon.

 

I have been banned pernamently for "attempted scamming" therefore it was staged and other member confirm it aswell.

Users will be banned permanently for the following:

Therefore I haven't broken this rule so I shouldnt have been given perm ban neither dnt.

Current offences that are correct are as follows: leaking rsn first offence (month ban) , evading temp ban first offence (7 days ban) this is all offences I have commited. Therefore I only evaded to join discord. As I said other party can confirm that it was all staged to trap ipker and make him admit that he is scammer. I don't wan wortel to handle this because he has personal hatred towards me thanks. If charlotte can handle this would be much appreciated.

Keep in mind that I am not scammer and have legitimate business therefore punishing me with perm ban is bit rough.

I want my current offences removed DNT Evasion (Since i havent scammed anyone), Attempted scam, Trading while dnt ( Temp banned users are eigible to trade)

I made two dispute regarding removal of my offences I dont want to log on my account and see that I have been banned for attempted scam therefore I have already proved that It was indeed set up for ipker , I can even get my friend to say that it was all set up.

Current offences that should be applied on me are as follows : Temp ban evasion (Week ban) , Leaking users rsn (Month ban)

• Evading a temporary ban will result in both accounts being banned for the length of your current ban plus an additional week

 

Lets start from this Charlotte given me DNT on one of my evading account and allowed me to stay on discord ( she is admin and her words are final) but some power abusing mod decided to kick me from discord.


Also id like to as if I am able to pardon after my original offences are passed which is 1 Month ban and week ban for temp ban evasion.

 

As from today I am gonna stop evading temp ban (even if its only to acess discord) and id like to know if current offences will be removed and when I can pardon my ban?

 

Your offences will not be removed. You are however free to Request a Pardon right away, but make sure you include all of the accounts you've ban evaded on aswell as making it damn well clear to us why we should approve your pardon for the 3rd time this year.

 

I DONT WANT WORTEL TO HANDLE THIS SINCE HE HAS PERSONAL ISSUES WITH ME AND HE ONLY FAVORS HIS FRIENDS. I DONT TRUST HIS OPINION I DONT WANT HIM TO HANDLE IT !

Okay now I want one valid reason why my offences wont be removed ? Scam didnt take place therefore there wasnt even attempted scam. Meaning I havent evaded dnt nor I traded with dnt!!!!!! I want someone open minded to look into this.

 

I cant provide all the accs since I was creating them at rapid speed to acess discord. I amvsure someone on mod team has them saved I only remember irodi and willsheer.
