Other: I do never put my account at risk - in this case I unfortunately did.
User showed zero understanding and never provided anything I needed badly, namely the screenshots - even one would change the whole scenario (of course he didn't he was botting)
I gave him some time too.

Also - the extra text on the borders of the screenshots is my and my reflection up on the messages. Please do go trough every screenshot to understand how its building up.

Also v2 - He can write a fucking novel but not send a screenshot or a Picture proving he's not botting - allright.

Here I still offer the refund, which he declines my offer. So please tell me where I am scamming?

2. I told him before the service started that it is a hassle for me to take pictures during service due to me doing multiple accounts at once.
3. I told him if he was unsatisfied with my service he is welcome to ask for refund for what I have not done.
4. He still locks his account without even asking me to stop service and have a refund.
5. He continues to decline to refund asking for me to get banned because why? He wasn't satisfied with the service?

Do you call the car mechanic every 2 hours to ensure they are doing their job correctly? No.

 

But once you take a Picture (after I kicked u out) you dont, EVEN THEN, provide a full client screenshot - that would make it clear that you were legit, but instead of taking the Picture as i said, you took a photo of the login box and nothing else - YOU WOULD'VE BEEN RIGHT IF YOU TOOK A PROPER PICTURE - once you took the Picture i did, again, tell u to take a full client one - it took you Three minutes (check Picture) to reply after realising I changed password - meaning you wouldn't get the same login Picture UPON LOADING THE OSRS CLIENT which obviously made you mad (lol dude I'm not stupid)

Also - account was logged on when you Went to eat dinner
account was on the whole session - no breaks
account was on even when you were not replying
account was on - NOT ON THE OSRS CLIENT - PROVE ME WRONG!

Why did I risk getting my account banned?

I do not care for a refund, I do not care about wether you get banned or not.
I'm doing this for the best of the Community -> services and for those who try protecting their accounts at all matters and keeping it safe from bans/mutes.

You sir are not doing your services as you stated "Hand made" "legitimate -> osrs client"
And you are yet to prove that you do them by hand and you also try avoiding to GIVE A FULL PICTURE OF THE CLIENT DUDE LMAO


ALSO there was a tribot Picture marker on one of the gifs on your topic and most likely BOTTED - someone asked you about this and you stated that the owner of the account said its okay - Which I translate as the guy doesn't have a sythe acc/is restricted and you said allright there shouldn't be a problem to upload this on sythe.

And your proof is where? Because I stated before service was started as you can see above that I will not be providing your pictures because of hassle. And you continued with the order, so that is on your own fault and your assumptions. You agreed to the TOS that was provided BEFORE the order. So this is all on you for not paying attention to detail as I stated what I will and will not do during the service BEFORE you went on with the order

 

The chatlogs, the times, Everything is listed including @Zuzel111 recommending me to boot u off the acc which I didn't even know how to do at first.

 

@Voidonly , please issue a partial refund for the amount of the order that was not completed. As zuzel has already stated in the other report against you, user ToS do not trump sythe rules/staff, and I am hereby overruling your ToS.
