I am requesting as per my TOS permission to recover the account tomorrow if i hear nothing back; as explained to @VodkR no refund will be given from the $100 already paid, Don't understand why he keeps chucking money away like this but I was more than fair with him.

From this I can see that you're just ignoring me, in the future if someone has the courtesy to do a payment plan for you and you change your mind or you where drunk when you did it or whatever your story is, all you got to do is message the guy letting him know instead of ghosting like this.

May this be a warning to anyone else you approach when you feel like an impulse buy.

Hi pirate, please see first post - 2nd picture (Amended TOS).

The purchase was indeed 21st of may, however i saw he had a previous issue with a payment plan and as such i altered the TOS too 5 days which he agreed too.

 

Understood although i honestly believe this is a waste of my time considering he's been changing games all day and still fails to even give me an update >.>
