Heh, I had a feeling that might be where you'd seen it...

 

It's good to keep it on 2-3 stacks because using E takes some of your health so if you spam 4 stacks E without possibility to heal up you'll be 50% health before fight starts. You must predict when someone might be close to you and then keep E with 4 stacks (Also remember that only 25% of your original spell vamp works with AOE so if you have 20% spell vamp your E, R and W will have only 5% spell vamp) Remember that your W deals the more dmg the more BONUS health you have so rushing haunting guise or later going rylai is sometimes a good thing.

 

And also, pool timing is crucial. I've pulled off 1v3 triple kills by timing my abilities correctly, and just comboing people with abilities-pool-zhonyas-abilities-pool-abilities. Trust me, the enemy team will get frustrated if something like that happens.

With his e stacked, he produces great amount of harass, not only that, but counters all melee top lanes.

I still can't find a build I like with him, but he's pretty fun. Though, I don't bring flash usually, and that just gets too risky.

 

I just played him, and he is so confusing but we managed to win. Idk even know but I went 5/10... I really need to improve with him. His mechanics are weird.
