    I do not know which one to learn first?
    Is there a difference?
    I know VB.Net uses the Microsoft Framework
    I just do not know how to start

    Don't learn vB6 (old and outdated).
    If you must learn one of these, go with vB .NET.

    Microsoft Visual Basic .Net 2008: 2008.
