Visa gift card on paypal?

Hey i recently just bought a $25 visa gift card and I added it to paypal and i put in the 4 digit code it sent me but it didnt add the money to my account is this normal help please

Yes this is normal. Your money will be on the card and the balance is managed by your Visa Gift Card reseller.

 

damn most sites have only an option pay though paypal is it possible to just pay through a card only?

also will this work to buy a membership from runescape?

Yeah I bought pre-paid visas to get my membership before I was on sythe.

 

Understand that once you confirm the card to your account, you can then access the funds on it. (Meaning you can pay via PayPal via the card).

Just change the payment option on the payment confirmation screen to "xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3932 (example)" when you're sending money.

Thing is, not many people like credit card funded payments as it has been the highest rate of fraud for PayPal.

 

It's a debit card, there shouldn't be any issues.

Simply confirm the card with your address and you can pay from it.

 

so i could pay for stuff thats like $20 but it only says i have $2.50 in my account?

 

You can pay for stuff within the balance of your card. Paypal lets you choose the funding source for your payments. So you can even combine the 2.50 in your Paypal account to your card's balance if you have to.
