virus scan, complete

i was shocked when i read this and also in panic. when i read it, the first thing i did was a virus and a spyware scan
i have downloadet a spyware program, found 4 things, are all deleted, virus scan is also clean. my pc is fine now. My sythe pw is untouched, also my rs password is not changed
