Explanation of the trade: I had added and messaged this seller on discord in regards to buying 07 GP at a rate of 0.17/m. I was satisfied with the rate but was completely unaware with the payment methods they had offered. The seller listed cashapp as one of their options, however failed to state that I'll be having to buy BTC through the app and sending it to the seller. After some time negotiating and me trying to figure out who to actually send the crypto through the app, (I don't delve in crypto) I sent him the BTC and needless to say he went blank on me afterwards. During our negotiation, there were a lot of fees I had to pay that lowered the total amount of BTC the seller would be receiving. We agreed on 466m ($79.22)
How they scammed: I sent him crypto in return for 07 GP and never sent me the goods.
