Villaan - False Ban

It's been a while, I feel I was banned for a fairly poor reason

What happened :-

I was "loaning" out my account for a certain amount of money, I was paid it, the person used the account, he then claimed that he logged out, logged back in and his money was gone, can't remember how much he said, however when I logged back into my account, it was stood at the Duel arena, so I can only assume he lost the money through dueling.

However with no evidence, I was banned (Surely that itself is wrong) I spoke to a moderator, I'd agreed to pay him back in increments each week (Going a fair few year back as this was agreed on MSN, don't know if people still use this?)

After that agreement though, I believe the person who claimed he was scammed, ended up banned from Sythe and I never seen him again on MSN or heard from him anywhere else

I haven't paid him back no, I was unable too because shortly after he was perm banned from Sythe and I had no way of contacting him after, as he didn't log on too the MSN account he used for Sythe

 

Try and contact those old contact details via Email, or see if they link to a skype account nowadays.
You'll have to repay the scammed user to be considered for a pardon.
