VikingSkillUp Incomplete Service

First thing first, I don't believe VikingSkillUp to be a scammer but he is not answering the ticket and have to resort to this. I am not seeking reimbursement for the sold items, I do not care to be petty over such a small amount and I have no outstanding proof other than G.E history. I just want my accounts finished as ordered and not be responsible for giving accounts membership.

Explanation of the trade: VikingSkillUP was to make me some accounts from scratch, he completed the order except for doing mountain daughter, membership then ran out and he was unable to complete the service.

Still not resolved, the last I heard from him was on the 4th where he said he was trying to figure something out to get membership/gold.
