Someone resolve those please see if they're a match also.

Also, coincidence that Imworth73m appeared right after Winny is banned? He also has the same IP that Winny created a unregistered account on.

EDIT: Both users have also posted a topic stating they are buying a skiller or any account with a 99. Check their topics.
