I reached out to you on Skype, per Wortel trying to help me with my recovery, I was given a couple different Skype names, but there was no specification on who was who when these Skype names were given to me.
When I asked you who you were on Sythe, you quickly shut me down, told me to get help from someone else & then removed & blocked me.

Now, maybe I was in the wrong for reaching out to you without having the proper info about who I was contacting, but I was just looking for help and was quickly treated poorly.
I have heard nothing but great things about you as a Admin, so maybe I caught you on a bad day, but I definitely believe there was a better way to go about communicating with me.
I am the first to admit when I am in the wrong, and like I said, maybe I could have done my due diligence first, but I definitely didn't feel as if the communication was effective.

 

I keep a private skype and I get plenty of requests from users whom I've given my skype to willingly. I don't like when people share my skype with others without my permission, so I wasn't inclined to handle your request. In addition, there are plenty of users who don't have me added who have posted things like disputes and recovery threads and it's unfair to those users to give priority to people who happen to get my skype without my permission. I did not feel like conveying all of this in our initial "conversation" but I'll put it here since you were kind enough to leave me feedback

By the way, This is my actual account - I appreciate the response on here. I understand you probably have a lot of weird people that add you and expect the most ridiculous things, I can only imagine.
