Report/post/reason that got you banned: There was no post. I was banned for asking (but then taking back what I said, for) my friend to do a 50/50 account scam with me.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: There were no victims.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I won't beg to be let back, but if given the chance to return to this community (I spend 2+ hours a day on this forum, mainly reading) (which is a lot for me) I will continue to be a positive member, and will NEVER slip up like this again.
As can be seen in my dispute post (http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-tw...0-splitting-potential-proof-my-innocence.html) (all pictures of skype convo+logs are there) I did, briefly, want to do a 50/50 account scam with user "Rawky". However, I am not a scammer. Tangent/brief side story: I scammed on Runescape once, in ~2009, and felt so bad I gave back the 250k that I scammed. I later retracted my proposition (to Rawky), as I know I could not live with myself after scamming someone (as I know exactly how it feels to be in their shoes, having been scammed myself). I am genuinely sorry for making this request, but glad that I did not end up hurting anyone (emotionally or financially).
Rawky was a good friend of mine on Skype for about 4-5 years. After I MMed a transaction for him of 20m where he bought a zerker pure off user "Nanless" and it was recovered, he began accusing me of being in cahoots with Nanless without proof or reason, despite me doing everything I could to prove my innocence to him (screen sharing my and nanless' skype log, as well as screen sharing my PM's on Sythe) (I also was the one who submitted the report to get Nanless banned because I felt shitty and responsible (slightly) for what happened. Despite this he flamed me to no end, and when I blocked him on Sythe he reported me for my *proposed* scam.
In all honesty, despite my being concussed (went to the doctor, this was confirmed) and being slightly intoxicated, I really would not have gone through with this scam. My hesitance is already seen in my pictures of the Skype convo in my dispute post. I am already changed, in that the moment I offered that idea, I regretted it, and do not intend on doing something like this again if pardoned.
I have been a positive and (somewhat) active member of the Sythe community since 2012. It took me a long time to build my trust to the point that I had it, and I was hoping that it was just about to take off.
That being said, I do understand why I was banned, and if my pardon is granted, I can promise, no slip-ups such as this will ever happen again. It was an extremely sketchy (and idiotic) thing of me to say.

He still calls me a scammer, although I never scammed him, and never really would have scammed anyone :/.

I am fully willing to accept the decision of the staff on the matter of my pardon, and truly believe that, being so experienced, they will make the fair choice.

i want to support this because it's clear that you want to be a part of the site but won't do that until 6 months have passed (your next pardon attempt). you tried to scam someone, plain and simple, and should sit out for a bit because of that

 

I feel you need to spend some time off the site for this offense, no support this time around but I'd be inclined to support next time if you're able to stay clean

I respect the detailing the scenario for staff to understand, and I'll happily support your next pardon if you don't ban evade.
