    [Video] Port-Forwarding

Here's a short video guide on how to port-forward. I didn't cover too much about the port-forwarding IP, so here's just a bit of an explanation.

Every computer or device connected through your router has it's own local router IP. The one for my PC has changed (no longer 192.198.0.199), so I would have to change the IP according to my new address.

Somewhere on your router's menu (the webpage I've shown) is a section called "LAN Computers" or something similar; mine is under the "Status" tab page. Here you will have a list of all connected devices, their MAC addresses (unimportant for this guide) the device name and the IP.

If, say, you're the one hosting a private server, then you'd put in the IP listed there as the port-forwarding IP address. In the following list (taken from my router's page), you'll see the router IPs of all the devices currently connected to my router:

My local router IP address is, as seen, 192.168.0.193.
    Now onto the video :)
