Looking for work.

Since everyone is jumping on the band wagon and looking for work on sythe, wouldn't it be easier to create a sub-section in the market discussion?

I think anything is better than the current, shove everything into a sticky solution.

My compromise was to have "looking for work" threads in that sticky, and let the job offers be posted in their own threads. Either way is good with me.
