You've spent what, upwards of 1000$ on your computer and you're looking for a 100$ mediocre video card? Depending on your motherboard and whether or not you can afford a new power supply, I would go as far as to suggest either 2x 240GTX's from EVGA in SLI or just run a 295 GTX from EVGA.

If you're adamant on the 240, then go with EVGA's. Their warranty and quality have always made them preferable.

 

The computer was $700. My power supply is 680. I need a mediocre video card because thats my budget. So please choose one of the above or give link to a better one for up to $140

 

Describe your motherboard specs, it's more relevant information in comparison to your harddrive and OS.

EDIT: Specify what "stock fan" is. Also include case dimensions, so I don't find a card that wont fit.

 

im not that advanced. how do I find out my case dimensions.

I have the XFX version of the 4850, and it is very good, although i would buy a 4890 at the current price.
