He has trained some stats and done some quests (the user he recovered the account off of probably did some of the training in the short time he owned it as well) which isn't hard for how low they were in the given time frame. Some of the stats still match and it is clearly the same account.

Also worth noting that he was banned on Powerbot for camping proxies and suspected ban evasion (basically the same thing done here where suspected ban evaders are sometimes banned until they post from a home IP address.) and he never bothered to appeal.

I don't think there's enough proof that the accounts are the same and we don't ban on sythe for ban evading on another site if we don't know what the original ban reason is. Closed. If the member who was scammed could post some proof for the recovery accusation, then we could ban him.
