I've done two trades with ViciousFairy, in which both were for my Runescape accounts here and here. The first one I sold for 2M got locked, and I had offered a refund. ViciousFairy had decided to purchase the second account for 3M or 4M (I can't remember as I don't play RS anymore) to make up for the lost account. Both trades went very smooth, and he even offered to go first for me both times. Great person to talk with, and highly recommended.
