    Vicboy's Dispute.
    I have been banned for 'ban evading', can someone please explain to me what that is and how i was doing that. If it was a scam, i didn't do anything, i can proof anything sythe mods, please help! Add me on skype 'vicboysythe' to communicate with me. Please help!
