can i get a verified paypal account if im 15 years old?

 

All you need is a bank account. If you register on Cananda, all you need is a bogus adress.

15 - Not legally but parents can. As you have to have a credit card which you can get at 18 only.

There are ways around getting it verified i think, but ask your parents to use the CC or something xD

 

I just rang them up once, and abused them. Saying that they are scammers trying to get me to add all my details to verify it. And they just verified it over the phone when i did that hahah.

 

well i got a CC already and i then i had to wait 4 months and then i were still unverified

i used a prepaid creditcard that i got from shoppers drugmart :O works fine and im in canada
