I purchased this eBook and the theory behind the method seems to be very effective. Will most likely begin using this very soon.

Overall the guide is written pretty well. A mispelled word on the first page but the rest seems to be good. The layout could be refined a bit but it works for the purpose of the guide. I'd recommend it if you are willing to put forth the effort.

EDIT: And for those worried about having to put in alot of work, it could virtually take you 20 minutes to an hour if you, again, put forth the effort, to set everything up so that you won't have to put anymore time into it for the rest of the week.
