Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I just got banned for "ban evading" as HocRmk2014, I honestly didn't know what that meant until I searched it up on google. I completely apologize for that and I meant no evil intentions of scamming anyone as hocrmk2014.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: [PlanoBasic had bought a membership for one month off me and I wanted to use SMS to get it. It was my first time using SMS and when I had entered the pin to receive the code for members..it had said this cellular device is not authorized to make payments. It was the beginning of 07 and I was very excited to have that 700k on my account, so I purposely stalled him and told him I'd get him his membership soon. Without notice he did reported me and I eventually got banned. After my ban i had given him his memberships along with an account for Eoc with maxed melee account perfect for staking.we became friends and now i havemt heard from him since until this week. I later quit the site because I had quit runescape and just went on with my life and etc until now I decided to make a comeback with a new account with the username HocRmk2014..which was banned for ban evading which I honestly did not know it was a bannable reason. I thought I could just start fresh, gaining my vouches back and buying a $25 donator perk to prove that. I've already planned out how I would go with as HocRmk2014 and even had my own graphics in the making as of now lol. I sincerely apologize for that and I hope this does not leave a black mark on my personal sythe record. Now to just stop blabbering on, I immensely hope I can have one more chance in this community and show myself as another trusted member on sythe, I have 100% grown and matured enough to understand the choice I made was pathetic. I hope the mods will see through my apology and give me another chance in this community, thanks ^^.

If possible, I hope both my accounts can be ban lifted. If that's asking way too much, Im sorry and will abide by what I am allowed.
