Hi,
I am requesting a pardon for Ventura2013. My English might be bad so I'm trying not to make a big talk. So the case was like this: I payed Ventura2013 700 000 of oldschool runescape money for one month of upgrade. He encountered some phone bill problems and internet connection problems too so because of this I didn't get my upgrade. I tried to contact him and also he tried to contact me several times but as our time zones are quite different it was a problem for us to talk things right. One day he got his internet working and he offered me a refund but as he felt bad about the situation he wanted to give me more than just a refund. He promised to get my upgrade by 8 or 9 hours and for a good sign he gave me an EoC account with maxed combat skills, which I still have. So as he promised I got my upgrade. I understand that he had some troubles with his phone company and his internet connection and I have forgiven him. As I have talked to him a lot by now I do know he is not a scammer. I actually feel bad because I made a thread about scamming before I could talk things through with him. I hope that staff looks through my letter soon and will get him an unban.
