Follow these steps on how to install and operate ventrillo
Downloading is very simple.
1. Go to this site http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php
2. Download the latest client.
3. After complete, open the client
4. Click on Username and then new, put your username in. Click Ok
5. Click Server and New, Make the name _______, in the hostname ip field put _____________ in the port field put _____, if there is no server password set, although there is a silent lobby, so you will have to join a channel to speak.
6. Click setup, look along the leftside of the setup window for the option "push to talk hotkeys" its near the top left hand corner. Make sure there is a check in that box.
7. Go down to where it has Hotkey, and then a big empty box. Click on that box and notice whichever button you type, reflects in that box. This ets which button you will need to press to talk. I personally use the left alt button. After you've set this, click ok and then connect.
8. Use your hotkey to talk and have fun!
