banned again for evasion??

    banned again for evasion??
    what in the world is going on?
    I connected a router to my modem to speed up my computer and I guess that changed my IP somehow.
    I was logged into my account for a good 15 minutes and then BAM it goes back to "ban evasion" or something.

    If I could have the account restored it would be greatly appreciated. (Previously bought account was just restored so i'm looking for another...)
