I'll start by linking this: Velveto / liltoleeee which shows that he was given do not trade after my transaction with him, and he had already been banned before.

Explanation of the trade: I bought a low-ish level account which was ready to do zulrah from him for 20m, seemed relatively safe considering I believe he had $20 donator status prior to the do not trade. [Donor] 84 combat Zulrah ready Trade itself went smoothly, I got access to the account, changed password, email, and was provided (less than sufficient as we'll find out) information in case the account was compromised.
How they scammed: This was a bit odd to me, and I personally believe it was due to the account having only 25m gp worth of items on it that I was given it back, the circumstances may not even warrant a ban depending on how staff views this.

What happened: I was doing zulrah on the account, and had access for about 10 or so days now, when it disconnected me in zul-andra or whatever it's called.
Immediately after I see this, I both sent in my recovery form to jagex with the information provided by him here:
as well as messaged him on skype and found that he was online. While submitting my appeal, the first thing I noticed was that the email had been changed to one that started with a v, perhaps something to do with velveto(?), but certainly not my own (could be provided if it matters).


Then, as mentioned, the responses came in from the seller himself, and he told me that he RECOVERED THE WRONG ACCOUNT.



Note both that nothing was taken, but also that he moved the 'wrong account' from zulrah, likely to clan wars, then to varrock, then ran to the GE, there were no rings of wealth, and I was actively doing zulrah. Not sure what type of 'gmauler' he thought he accidentally left at zulrah. I suspect he planned on selling everything and taking it, but like I said, it was only 25m on a 20m account.

The above is why I questioned whether this is ban-worthy, since nothing was taken, but the circumstances show that it was likely planned to be otherwise IMO. Right after he gave access back he started trying to sell me services and accounts again via skype.

Other notes: I did delay posting this between 1-2 days because I didn't want the user to recover the account again should he receive another infraction for this. The account has since been permanently banned, purposefully suicide botted so that he couldn't get anything back from this. It's unfortunate that after this there was no way to assume anything other than that he would recover it again later.

take a look at the first ban on the 12th as he claimed to only suicide bot it days after haha he got it locked the first time and i had to help him unlock the account guy's a complete tool

 

Also if you see he got the infraction 1 day after i sold him the account haha. for macroing saw i was banned for a old case im trying to get in contact with mods for and worked out with the user already of a repayment just need help from a mod and thought he'd cash in on it

 

The 2 day ban was a week prior to you recovering the account from me, I then ran it 40+ hours straight to get it permanently banned. I didn't say you still have access to the account, but it's clear you recovered it again if you know its ban history so well, you shouldn't even be able to see that, the account isn't yours.

You can't recover an account because someone reports you, the account doesn't belong to you still.. I never said anything about a refund, I'd honestly prefer scum like you just be range banned.

You recovering it when you saw the report is exactly why I purposefully got it banned prior to making the report.

I wouldn't scam you for 25$ when i have 100$+ donated to the site and trying to repay the previous victim of something i'd done i really need a mod to contact me I won't reply to this post again unless a mod Needs me too thanks.

 

What does that have to do with anything? It's my own god damned account. It was intended to be used as a bot, by me, but YOU RECOVERED IT, TWICE

I would also like to point out that a user accused velveto of trying to sell the account multiple times, that was the last response to the account thread and I never pursued that to see if it were true.

Realized I didn't technically address his accusation that I had him help me "unlock" my account after a 2 day ban?

1. It was two day banned, not locked, and as you can see in his image, from MY banned account which he hacked again, it occurred on the 12th of January.

2. The date that he actually recovered the account (the first time) was over one week after that ban, while I was online on the account doing zulrah. Pics below since I don't like dealing with anyone's prntscrn links.

There are no messages within our skype logs which indicate ANYTHING about needing help unlocking an account, when an account is banned it tells you the account is disabled, when it is locked, it tells you that and you know you're likely being recovered, like I was here.

 

yeah ban this guy, he scammed me 70m for some skill training.

 

Any chance of you adding some evidence of this so that mods can take it into consideration? You can post it then delete the post if it has personal info, etc. The mods will be the only ones that can see it then.
