how long have you been vegan, why did you make the change?

I've been vegan for just over a year and was vegi for about 6 month before it. Feel a lot better and less groggy in daily life etc

Plant based, lots of broccoli - I also train so I drink a lot of vegan protein shakes.

I actually get more protein now that I did before I turned veegz lol

What protein do you use? Ordered some Rice / Hemp / Pea Mix for myself today. Tried soy but it made my stomach pretty f'd up .

everyone has their own reasons to go vegan... my girlfriend went vegan for her skin, and after 2 months she saw visible improvements

I've been Vegan for about 10 yrs now. Mostly did it due to me just being turned off by eating meat or flesh as others call it. You just have to learn some recipes and be creative with it. Make sure to have a good variety, especially meat substitutes if you crave it. There are so many tasty recipes out there that won't have you thinking of eating meat ever again.
