    EDIT: He refunded me. I still think he was attempting to scam, but since I am not a 10 year old that just sits there and cries and actually posts valid scam reports, he refunded me. DWC.

    FIRST HE PRETENDED HIS PAYPAL "BROKE" DUE TO HIS DADS CARD. TRIED TO GAIN MY TRUST BY REFUNDING ME 25M, I THOUGHT HE WAS LEGIT WITH ALL THE VOUCHES, OBVIOUS SCAMMER.
