First, make a new inet on your form, then just use this code:

Code:
for some reason it's impossible for me to post it here because vBulletin is being gay. Link:

This code should work, although i didn't try it out myself.

Enjoy

this is less reliable that cases for several reasons
1. it depends on an external source
2. it adds yet another server to connect to and dependin on how fast your server is is how fast the client will switch
3. and if you shut down your hosting all the client makers that used your method will be screwed

anyone with common sence could modify it to download all the world into a file, and load them from there instead.
And about the link, for some reason vBulletin says "Page cannot be found" if i try post the code. And my server won't get down. trust me ;)

Spel is right, why don't you listen to him?

Here is what I personally would do. prepackage the worlds in to a file upon releasing the client. then, check for world updates while the client is playing. Thus allowing the client to still play while the worlds are being updated, instead of making him wait. Use your brain next time people ;)

I might make a world switching class later on, this is sure to be included. thanks Spel :)

Edit: I would like to outline that .Net doesn't use Inet.OpenURL() (ugh), it uses WebClient.DownloadString().
Webclient can be found near the bottom of the toolbox item selection dialog.

Unstuck, for obvious reasons.

It probably needs updating, and it's not really worth stickying in the first place.
