Tell me about it, I was starting to be spending as much as $25 a day on ejuice and I was limiting myself. Those $13 bottles kill your wallet. So I switched to mount baker vapor, and cut that cost down a lot by getting a 30 and 250ml's. Now DIY its like $1/30ml

A little pricey, I'm sure the individual things are cheaper. But its a great kit to start with. You get pg/vg/nic, bottles, gloves, flavors, syringes, etc.

Ordered the Atlantis v2, excited for it to show up. Its supposed to have a larger capacity, better airflow, a better coil with even more sub ohm.

Luckily I sold my Atlantis before the new one dropped.

Oh, I actually loved it. But I usually go with a piece of hardware for about a month and then clean it up and sell it if it isn't one of my essentials. Reason being is I have more than enough and I can get most of my money back.

The v2 has simply been improved upon apparently pretty dramatically so I'm going to give it a go.

I'm thrilled with the direction of these sub ohm tanks. I'm waiting to it to get to the point where they're indistinguishable from an RDA, where you can get the exact same flavor and clouds without the knowledge of building. And its getting pretty damn close already.

 

Up until a couple days ago, I had never really known exactly what Vaping was until my supervisor pulled one out of his pocket and started puffing as we walked up to the door. He explained to me how it has a little nicotine in it and there are different flavors and how he only does it because he likes the clouds . I guess everyone has a different stress reliever, though.

 

I'm thinking on replacing cigarettes with vaping. What's a good kit to start off with?

You'll also need to buy e-liquid, if you smoke a pack a day I'd suggest with starting with 18mg/ml of 24 mg/ml of nicotine. If you smoke less maybe try 12mg/ml.

How long have you been vaping? The mvp is a great starter in my opinion, but I quickly outgrew it. The best tanks out there nowadays are subohm, and are unsupported by the mvp

I'd recommend the ipv mini and a goblin, it's a >$100 setup. Plus, the mini has all the power you need

 

My suggestion is an Atlantis v2 sub-ohm tank with any variable voltage battery that can output at least 40 watts.

 

Placed an order for a gallon of VG and a half gallon of PG. I still have plenty of nic and flavoring for now, so I'll be mixing up juice like crazy once I get my shipment.

 

Fruit flavors need the least amount of time to steep and thus are easier to experiment on, don't forget!

i have one of these bad boys, its not so bad, better then the last one i had, ive wanted to get into it somewhat but i heard that these are bad for you, i mean i wouldnt expect it not to be, could anyone inform me on why specifically its not good for you? but yeah some flavors are banging out there, last time i had a pen my friend mixed me a flavor and it was the best flavor ive ever had in my life, anyone here mix any flavors and had a remarkable outcome? maybe something blue berryish? and like fruit punchy?

 

Almost anything you inhale that isn't air is going to be bad for you, but the current consensus is that it's better than smoking analogs. I agree with people that say that long-term studies need to be done to better understand the effects. The only thing I've run in to during ~4 years of vaping is absorbing too much nicotine. The only side effect is a mild nausea. I've not had problems breathing, my clothes and car don't smell anymore, and I've saved a lot of money.

One of my favorite combinations is chocolate and mint.

 

There isn't really any reason to believe they're especially harmful. PG/VG have been medically used and studied and seem to have no ill side effects. Nicotine is an addictive stimulant with similar effects to caffeine. There hasn't been any evidence that the commonly used flavorings have any harmful effects.

 

its better then cigarettes so i dont really care, its also odorless and bother less, unless people complain which has happened before, i dont really try experimenting, i go after like yummy flavors, nothing like mint or anything else thats like different, my friend had muffin man, pretty weird flavor
