Vaping

I get the beauty ring stuck on my mini buck naked all the time, freezer usually works then I just use a towel to unscrew it. To bad it kills my battery every time I do it.

So I got this mini-protank 2 for my mom's set up. The problem is that I am getting a lot of gurgling and it is bubbling up into the airway tube. I've switched between the two included atomizer heads and played around with the different juices. One of the juices (a mountain dew flavored, thinner juice) isn't as bad, but my mother's tobacco flavored juice is really bad about it and you get like huge amounts if you puff on it.

Edit: So I played with it this morning and figured it out. There was this plastic gasket thing right above the wicks and I took it off. I guess I wasn't supposed to. I thought it was just a shipping thing and not a vital part of the set up. If I am wrong though, someone clue me in. It's a Mini-protank 2.

 

Yeah, you're suppose to push that down. It's what seals the juice from coming up when you are vaping.

 

What had happened is that I had vaped it with the thing on for a while and it started producing little to no vapor and I was like 'the hell?' so I took it off and it started vaping better then it got worse. Oh, well. It is working now.

 

Run the wick under hot water and let it air dry, it will unclog it if your having airflow problems.

Total newb on vaping here, but i was thinking bout getting a pax. Any other (maybe starter vaporizers) suggestions?

 

The Christmas Story is the best holiday movie of all time obviously. And the mod itsself is the KSD kmax, tank is the R500 (pretty much a 5ml protank), and tip is something of its own I found online.

By vaping we mean ecigs, but If Your looking for a vap I would look for others because PAX are top of the line at around $250.

 

Ah, mybad . Will check for others. Pax is quality tho from what i've heard.

 

So I just got the itaste v3 and a mini protank 2

It's pretty good so far and I like it, but is there any way to get thicker vapor? The juice I'm using is 20/80 so far.

 

Reason you hear so much praise is because they are top notch. There really isn't any better dry herb vape out there. To bad it doesn't do wax.

My friend has the exact same set-up besides the tank being the normal size (2.5ml). I think he has the volts at 4 and If oyu can change ohm its at 3.3 (no sure that's the other number I always see though.

 

I haven't used volts yet as much, I vary the wattage.

So far, my coil is at 2.5 ohms but I also have 1.8 ones as replacements. However, I don't think it really matters because when I was looking this up, it says that ohms only applies when you use voltage? I didn't quite understand it but it sort of made sense. But so far, I'm using about 8-8.5 watts because otherwise, it starts to taste a little burnt.

Any other suggestions?

 

Basically volts is how fast the coils can heat up, and ohms is how hot it can get, from what I understand. I'm freshly new to Variable mod/wattage too. But the higher the volts the less watts your gunna need, or else your gunna scorch your wick (experience). I got my big one (see in pics above) at 4.2 and 6.5 watts and it produces more then enough smoke for me. I'd suggest playing around with both of em to find your right combo. Plus we use 30/70 juice so that changes things a bit for comparison.

 

I think VV/VW are two separate things, they don't have anything to do with each other. Voltage is more like manually changing it depending on the ohms of your coil, because a lower resistance coil requires a higher wattage or something like that whereas when you use just variable watts, it takes the coil resistance into consideration already.

My pen is small, so there's no way I could probably get huge clouds since it's also a prebuilt and there's very few things I could change about it :/

It's not that my vapor clouds are small, it's just that they're not really that thick to blow rings well enough.

I'm not so sure about how the flavor works either, it's kind of weak for me but I suppose that's because I'm using only 20/80? Even if I increase the pg, I would have less vapor and that would suck...*sigh* the trade offs are terrible

I'm pretty sure it's the way you got your setup running right now. My freind gets enough smoke for 5 solid smoke rings wit every inhale. I'll ask what he has it set at tonight at edit this post.

 

I'm thinking about getting into vaping. Is 16 6ml sample bottles too much to start with? And how long should that last? Lol

 

Naw because when you start you wont want to stop I bought 30ml to start and it has lasted me a pretty good while. That'll last even longer. Plus always trying new flavors is nice, you'll be able to see what you like.

 

Well today is sad. I finnaly got my batteries and charger, put it in my kmax and guess what happened? Screwed it on to tight and the mod screen area popped out and feel over, Tried to put it back on and snapped the wire.

I NEVER EVEN HIT IT.
