Vaping

I am trying to quit smoking. Doctor said I am not allowed to smoke while on hormones. Vaping isn't as damaging as smoking right? I am planning on quitting altogether but I really want to make it into a slow transitioning, but on the other hand quitting cold-turkey has the benefit of me not being able to get hooked on to vaping..

TFV4 now has 0.35 ohm dual clapton coils. They're AWESOME. You should check those out.

Yes, its a lot better than smoking. If you aren't supposed to have nicotine try 0 nicotine juice.

 

I'll take a look next time I buy more, right now I have like 7 spares of the quads left, won't be needing new ones for a couple months.

 

Is the TFV4 worth getting? Do you guys experience leaking? I don't want to have to deal with messes all of the time.

I've just gotten really lazy with rebuilding that I honestly might just go for a TFV4 if the quality is remotely close. Ever since my snow-wolf got fried I've just lost the motivation to worry about my rda's anymore

 

Definitely worth it IMO, I use it as a daily driver. I don't use RDA's anymore because these tanks have gotten so good. No more dripping, leaking, or even rebuilding.

Its attractive and reasonably well built. There are like 8 different coils available for it now. I recommend the triple coil or clapton. Flavor and vapor are on par or better than most RDA's I've used.

There are definitely a few negatives though. You'll go through a LOT of juice, I'm talking about 5ML an hour or more if you're chain vaping. Not easy on battery either but I have plenty of spares so its not an issue.

Leaking has not been an issue at all. A tiny drop here and there but like 100x less frequent than an RDA.

Used to buy the expensive '500 puffs' disposable flavoured vape pens when I was 17, when I was 18 in China I bought an ego-t off chinese ebay and vaped on that for a while before i dropped it in the ocean, for the last 6 months i've been vaping on my ego one XL before I got drunk one night and used it to stir my drink...and short circuited it. After Christmas i'm gonna treat myself to a kanger subtank and start adding my own nicotine to non nic juices, seeing as nicotine is illegal to purchase in Australia; it can get frustrating having to wait 3 weeks for nic juices to ship from America, i'll just buy a 100ml bottle of nicotine and add it to non nic Aussie e-juice i can get my hands on within a few days.

Omg this thread is still up when i come back to the community, I remember when I first started getting into it haha But yes anyone out there have any good flavors to check? Currently running the IPV4 TC with a Uwell Crown tank running at 420 degrees and the vapor and flavor production is incredible! anyone else heard/tried the uwell crown? not many shops I see carry them up here in Minnesota but as far as tanks go its the best ive seen.

 

Started vaping, got a kangerteck mini white to start off with, then my friend gave me a $300 setup dripping. The last one i bought was the rig mod v2's and a roughneck to go with it copper(its beautiful). I started cigarettes after vaping

 

Subox mini is a solid choice! Picked one up in the spring this year and I find myself going back to it regularly, it's a solid device for the price.

I've heard really nice things about the NEbox though, the only thing with me is i'm a bit indecicive when it comes to juice, that's why I have so many Sub-Ohm tanks and attys that I build on. I don't like having to commit the whole device to a specific juice but I suppose most people have their ADV's that they could jut throw into there so it wouldn't be much of a problem.

 

The uwell crown is phenomenal.

 

I'm vaping my 200 watt Sigelei Fuchai with my plume viel RDA running at .1 OHM's. Chucks the clouds!

 

I have the Aspire Atlantis 2 tank with the .3 OHM coil and it gets fantastic clouds id recommend it.

 

Do you happen to own one? I'm the only one I know who uses it and was wondering which coil you prefer to use and which one you think chucks the most vapor?

 

I already have a few Kanger Subtanks, and a Herakles tank already, the appeal to getting pre-made clapton coils in the TFV4 just sounds really nice though.

 

What wattage are you running that at?

 

I've been debating on getting a vape for a while now but idk anything about them, I'm gonna start researching and see what I can come up with. I really need to get off the cigarettes.
