Not really, you can get really high nicotine e-juice. You'll get that familiar head buzz and relaxed feeling. You get your satisfaction, without the harmful chemicals. There are even some E-juice made from tobacco extract so you can get some of that smooth mature flavor you're used to.

Just FYI I quit smoking completely using e-cigarettes and I'll never be going back.

 

Bought a hex ohm v2.1 mod in white.

Quick review:

Looks beautiful, feels great in the hand, lifetime warranty, super simple to use, great build quality.

Cons: A bit pricey, weird voltage adjustment is by %. Could be considered too simple, no digital displays etc.

Will vape it for a few weeks and check back.

edit: Forgot the mention the fire button is the best button I've ever felt in a mod period.

Guys, I wanna start vaping soon, my friend gave me his old vape and like he cleaned it and shit but are the flavors expensive? if so i might just stick to arghileh.

 

It all really depends. There is e-juice as cheap as $2 for 15Ml and as expensive as $25 for 15Ml. Usually its around $8-13 on average. Obviously if you get larger sizes it gets cheaper.

 

At retail vape shops it can get pretty expensive but if you find the right place or buy online, it is much cheaper. MtBakerVapor sells 15ml bottles for 4-5 bucks.

I've just recently started myself, 2 weeks ago. I started th journey to quit smoking and haven't had a cigarette since; but I've had to put up with horrible tasting vanilla. I'm looking for something sweet, but something that packs a punch like cigarettes themselves. Maybe I'll go for passionfruit next.

The harshness of the throat hit is mostly about the VG and nicotine levels. The more the harsher the throat hit you'll get.

There are plenty of great tasting juices, for relatively inexpensive 6-7/10 juices I recommend mount baker vapor.

 

Ahh yup. I think I have medium level nicotine - either 8/12? I can't recall. Im using hollywood liquids at the moment. In New Zealand, selling juices with nicotine is illegal so it's quite hard to get them - although we can import the juices from overseas, just have to pay excess in shipping.

 

Usually they're sold as 0/3/6/12/18/24 mg/ml. Some custom mixes in between are made though.

I'm assuming you have a basic setup where you take mouth to lung inhales? If so, you could go to 18 or 24mg of nicotine to get a more substantial throat hit and help any cravings.

That's pretty lame. Hopefully you can get some bulk of good flavors. MBV sells 256ML bottles for like $30 + shipping. Maybe order some $7.50 30ML sample bottles. That's assuming they'll ship internationally, which I have no idea about.

Also it isn't super difficult to DIY e-liquid. You need PG/VG/Nic/Flavoring. Some plastic bottles, blunt tipped syringes that are 1ml and 10ml. Probably some gloves to be safe. There are kits for it as well. Can be kind of an up-front investment, less than $75 though not including shipping. But once you have the supplies you can make really cheap and tasty juice for yourself for like $1.50/30ml. Sounds like it could be a good option if e-juice is banned where you live.

 

Yeah I just read the bottle and it's 12mg. I'm going to trying settle it down as time goes by, I've become less dependant on the e-cig itself which is awesome. Hell man it's so lame, I don't understand the logic. They're able to sell cigarettes and other replacement products, i.e. nicotine gum but not nicotine laced juices?

A nice high end starter kit will run somewhere between $60-80 all said. For the tank, mod (battery), coils, charger, and a bottle of juice.

On the low end you can try it out for less than $20.

 

Now that I'm getting into it, I'm thinking of upgrading my battery. The one I have now is like 900mah?? It's so disgusting and terrible haha.
