I bought the God Mod box mod a week ago, I don't need the power (but its nice that its there) as I usually vape at 20.0 and it can go all the way up to 180.0, my coil game isn't the best either, I am a huge fan of the cloud and sub ohming but I lack the confidence to go ballsy enough to try out the more dangerous builds that produce HUGE clouds. My favorite flavor is easily Mothers milk. I've been threw about 200$ worth of this flavor.

 

That's awesome mate. Mothers milk is great, god box is good too. You never have to go crazy low on high wattage box mod. Maybe try a 0.2 - 0.7 ohm coil and crank up that wattage a bit. You could also try a sub-ohm tank to get your feet wet.

 

Thanks for the advice, I am very new to vaping but I am loving it. I had to find a way to get off the cigarettes because the wife hates the smell. Vaping has helped a ton, I am down to smoking cigarettes maybe once a week (when I am really really stressed out) My whole shop vapes so I've had some great advice as well. I just find that my vape gets messy very fast, my cotton looks absolutely nasty within 1-2 days of vaping. I don't apply juice until I get a cotton hit (still not pro enough to taste when im about to get a cotton hit, and I only apply 3-4 drops.) but everyone who I see vaping cotton still looks new and they tell me its there 4-5th day using that same cotton and they vape far more then I do. I am not sure what I am doing so wrong.


I hate that I cannot ad "vape / vapes / vaping" to my dictionary, the red line kills me lol

 

That's awesome, glad its working out for you. How much nic are you using at the moment? What percentage of VG is in the juice?

Make sure you get the cotton nice and saturated, maybe you're burning it up too often.

 

the nic is 6m not sure on VG (or even what that is to be honest) and as far as burning it to often; well that's probably the problem as I really can't tell when I'm going to get a cotton hit until I actually get a cotton hit, which is burning the cotton. I guess it'll be messy until I learn?

 

Might want to try a tank system of some kind with higher nic, or even drip 12 if you can handle it. Eventually you won't even want a cigarette.

PG = Propyline glycol, less vicsousand carries flavor better but less clouds than VG

VG = Vegetable glycerin. More viscous and better clouds but less flavor than PG

Most juices are 50-50, but I was asking because some high VG juices can gunk up coils/cotton.

And haha, not a huge deal changing cotton. Maybe drip a bit more often and if you start leaking juice from the air holes cut back.

 

I love my E Cig, I'll have to get the make/model later. But I use it for quitting rather than recreational purposes. In fact, I find it a bit weird that it is used a lot by people who have never touched a cigarette in their lives. What makes people want to pick up a rig and start vaping? Anyways, mine has helped tremendously with quitting. I went from damn near a pack a day to only smoking 3 the very next (first day I had my pen) day! I was very proud of myself and it's helped a lot. I feel a lot healthier and it's amazing.

 

Not surprised the temperature feature doesn't work on my M80 Plus. Bought a nickel coil for my Subtank Nano and couldn't get it right. Not too surprising since I only dropped $50 on the box itself, it's just sad that it's an advertised feature yet doesn't work at all.

 

Let me know when you decide to go for a TC upgrade. I've used it pretty extensively on multiple devices and I really enjoy it. I can give some recommendations =p

 

General rule of thumb, you're better off over dripping than you are allowing yourself to get dry hits. I personally check my cotton every 2-3 draws just to make sure. If it looks like its getting dry, I drip it again. If I'm not sure, I drip it again. If I haven't hit my vape in a little while, and I just picked it up, I drip to make sure it's wet.
