It offers a similar experience to an rda without being overly expensive or difficult to use. Only downsides are the wick might irritate your throat, and the flavor is a bit muted compared to a good rda.

It really depends how much money you're willing to spend. I personally use the ipv3 150 watt which is an awesome vv/vw box mod. But it'll run you like $140. There are obviously cheaper than that but expect to spend $80+ plus at least two 25-30amp batteries if you want a vw box.

Aside from that there are plenty of inexpensive authentic and clone mechanical mods on the market starting for very cheap. If you give me an idea I'll help you out.

Lmao, I won't bash if you're enjoying them but I bought vuse just for the hell of it and I find them really unappealing. Die quickly, odd taste, etc yuck.

For about ~$65 you can buy a nicer starter kit (vv battery, charger, nicer clearomizer tank, tip, and replacement coils).

If you're hoping to quit altogether just slowly lower the nicotine from 18mg to 16 to 12 to 6 to 3 and then to 0. It'll probably end up being around the same cost since those little vuse refill kits are a rip off.

Yeah the Vuse was a gift l, I was telling a froend of mine I wanted to transition from cigarettes to vaporizers, and he had a few sets sitting around. I can't say that I enjoy the Vuse, but I do enjoy the effects of not using tobacco products.

I noticed after three days that I had more energy, my taste and smell was improving, I didn't smell like smoke on my vlothes/hair/fingers. Vaporizing is just all around better.

I am considering visiting a Lizard Juice location?

 

Just to report back on the Vapejoose flavors -

So far, they're "OKAY"

Nothing amazing, nothing terrible, they're definitely vapeable. I'd rate all of the flavors I got about a 5-7/10

For the price (at least right now while the insane sales are going on) - I'd give them a 9/10. I've paid more for worse juice.

Overall, they're worth the investment while on sale, especially for you DD, seeing as you go through juice faster than a hooker goes through condoms.



Edit: Just re-wicked and dripped the "Strawberry Cheesecake"

My review: Somewhat muted flavor on inhale and exhale, but primarily all you taste is cheesecake. 3-5 seconds after exhale, subtle yet flavorful strawberry undertones start to peak through. These juices are all fresh, and haven't steeped more than a week (and that's from shipping) - And I feel may improve with time. Overall, this is one of the better ones of the batch so far.

 

Yeah man, obviously they're better than smoking. I tried both the tobacco and menthol vuse flavors and they tasted really fucking weird lol.

Get a decent starter kit an you'll have a much more enjoyable experience with the same health benefits =]

Lmfao, proper analogy. Can't be anything worse than I just vaped. In the shop they have this discount bin of mislabeled/juices that are getting old/not selling. All cost $4 for 15ml. Ended up buying 2 bottles + 3 of my regular juices. Took it home and figured one was sugar cookie and guava...other was juicy peach. Both tasted like vaping cleaning product, the sugar cookie one was slightly better but fuck never again.

Can't say what's worse, the taste or the fact that I finished both bottles sitting here > . <

I'll order from them and see, review coming ~2 weeks Picking out 10 bottles just for a yolo order. $20 bucks, not much to lose since a single bottle usually runs me $13 like I said.

Lizard Juice is a company that producers vaporizers and oils. I don't know how much they have expanded, but they are popular in Florida.

 

I've vaped before but using a friend's pen. I'm a traditional hookah smoker (almost every day) and weed (2-3 times a week). This thread is massive so I just had a simple question, could anyone link me to possibly a site where I can just buy a vape pen with the different flavors? Or is it more complicated than that

 

Same here. I'd smoked cigarettes but not regularly. I was smoking hookah daily though. Vaping is a whole lot better for you, more portable, and even better tasting. There sell starter kits of varying qualities but here is what I recommended for a friend earlier. These aren't necessarily links to buy from, just the products. Try and grab from one site to save on shipping, you'll have to look around. Its a relatively inexpensive quality beginner setup that you'll likely enjoy.

Juice is really up to you, for pack a day smokers its recommended to get juice that has 18mg/ml of nicotine. I'd order a bottle in 6mg, 12mg, and 18mg just to see what does it for you. The more nic the harsher the throat hit. Maybe get one fruity flavor, and another dessert flavor as people have different tastes. To start off don't go cheap on the juice ($7-15 for 15Ml would be fine).

My only reservation is that hookah has really big clouds with a wide open inhale. It'll be a different experience. Airflow will feel a bit more restrictive, but you'll get your nicotine and some flavor and small clouds. If you got more advanced with vaping there are setups a bit more similar to the feeling of smoking hookah.

I was hoping to keep budget reasonable. So not including the tank I'd like a mod that can handle the Atlantis for 75-120$ ideally. I can spend more if it's worth it, I just don't have the knowledge to really make a decision I won't regret on my own at the moment.

Forgive my noobyism but is there such a thing as a dripping atomizer thats non rebuildable that you just buy replacements for that is halfway decent?

 

Mm, I don't think so. What you're describing is still pretty much the aspire atlantis or kanger subtank. You don't drip the juice every few seconds, but you still screw in a sub ohm coil and get looser airy hits like an rda. You need a powerful mod to use it, etc. I strongly suggest trying those first, then buying an rda like the mutation x ($29.99) and learning to build.

My recommendations are still the same. The ipv3 150 watt or the Sigeli 100 watt. Right above your budget but they'll save you from upgrading when you want something nicer, its close anyway. You can also buy the 180 watt "god box" mod for under $100 on fasttech. edit: Apparently a Cloupor T8 as well which n4n0 just ordered, under $100 also. Any from those list will suit you well, anything cheaper is questionable/I haven't looked into. I mean there are $30 vw/vv mods, its just a matter of quality and you want to go right for the good stuff.

If you want to go mechanical instead there are tons and tons in your budget so it really just depends what you like the look of. Then you go read reviews and try and get a feel of peculiarities (some have nicer feeling switches than others,etc). If you go that route don't get too tied up in the research, its hard to go super wrong with a mechanical mod that has decent reviews.

That's one way to do it xD Highly recommend having at least 2 sets of batteries and a charger handy. Hadn't heard of the mod but added it to the suggestions I gave Drento.

I don't bring my box away from my desk so I always have my other set of batteries behind me. I never reach a point where one set isn't full charged thankfully. But yeah I can see needing it if you're going to take it with you.

If I'm in the car I bring a little vw battery and a kanger emow, plug it into my battery pack or the car charger if it dies on me.

I'm not sure if I mentioned but I placed an order on that juice site you mentioned earlier. Also gonna try and diy a batch of juice before I move into the dorms January 15th. I'll buy a huge bottle of PG and VG, some high concentrated nic, and a couple straight flavors to start. Mostly fruits so I can always try mixing them together. I'm getting a vape boner thinking about being able to mix 100ML of juice for dollars instead of $100. I'll just keep ordering flavors as my wallet permits, really hoping I'll like it enough to mix a few good adv's and only order premium flavors I'm curious to try.

Oh, fuck last thing. Is there such a thing as vaping podcasts? Or a youtube channel where they do frequent casual vape related discussions or something?

What n4n0 ordered plus a mutation x rda. It'll be just fine you're just going to outgrow it pretty fast. The wattage is limited to between 6-11 watts compared to like 1-150. You'll have to build your coils at a high-ish resistance. Also I assume the battery pack is built in so when it does you have to wait with it plugged into the wall.

Like I said you'll be satisfied vaping on it, don't let me keep you from getting excited for it to show up. Just in a couple weeks/months when you want to build coils lower or get tired of plugging it in you're out $50.
