very good service for the fire cape but i am expericning problems with the paypal being a bitch with an e cheque which i have to wait 8 days to clear how do i cancel this and re send it so they dont get an e cheque pls usfine ppl help

Great Company! Can't talk for the people that had bad experience (not sure why). There were no language barriers or anything of the sort all In all was great. Little slow, but we can all blame Fagex on that. Big Vouch for Usfine!

Good customer service they always answer your questions.
Always got my gold delivered sometimes a extra pile of cash.
The only downside is the powerleveling that got me a blackmark and they didnt offer a refund or a appology

Just tell usfine clearly what you want and there is no problem.
They never trained defence on my pure and always did what i asked.

I didnt change my password after a 30M transaction for 3 days. I got on at day 1, was satisfied with my order, logged off. Got back on today and realized they had sold everything on the account (all the cash I had BEFORE goldfarming and the cash after = about 45M) and bought a few thousand unfinished herb pots (the kind that'll never sell back and are basically junk).

So they fucked me over. I have about 45M worth of junk on my account now and need to find a way of making it back into mils. UsFine is going way downhill...

 

Wow.. That sucks :/ You can sell the junk here on sythe for ~.20/M.
Or try and say you will get ur lawyer or something on them if they dont buy the junk from you

they have told you should change ur pw within 12 hrs,if u do not do so.....

 

Seems okay to me.
They owed me some cash, but i changed the total sum to goldfarming, they've done 1M or so already, i'll post an update in a week or so.

Ok i have had both good and bad services with usfine

Good:

They got me a firecape in 3 hours very fast and helpful
They got me from lvl 9 Runecrafting to 44 in 1 day very nice yet again but i had to beg them to get off the acc as the guy said he needed more levels or something but it was ok

Bad:

I ordered some power lvling for $85, i tried cancelling it so many times then they give me bullshit about their manager not being there or that the live chat team cant do anything, and then they charge 10% fees for no reason after a 3 day wait which lasted longer than 3 days


if u are gonna use usfine dont use it for gold, i would recommend small services which u can not be bothered to do for example torso firecapes etc

 

I just ordered 30 (+3 mil free) rapid gold with 5m+ required.

So far they've called to confirm, I didn't really have any problems understanding the woman on the phone (rose) but we'll see how the order itself goes.

I'll post again when it's done.



edit: well it says they're restocking so I asked through live chat and they told me that they had already delivered 17 mil to my account and would finish within 6 hours. My tracking page doesn't mention any gold being delivered though, is this normal?

 

Well not even 12 hours later they emailed me to tell me I got my money.

Just checked and its all there, nothing missing. Throw me under satisfied customers.

They're good. But there's things they don't tell you, for example, you only get paid (for account selling) once your account has been sold via them to a third-party member. Could take months.
