The only logistics your provide me and assurance by cancelling my order is 'Sir, we are legit business, you just a customer, trust us, ok?' NO. Take off the Paypal portion for larger orders if you require them by WU. You just do that to 'entice' people, then make them pay via Western Union. I'm not sending money to a random city in China, I don't care how established your business is. First I had to wait 12 hours to let the 'manager decide', and then now its the 'boss' and then she said 'paypal specialist' Now shes telling me to go back to the chat, so they can tell me the whole circle again. I never received the product, there's nothing to 'decide'. When a customer wants a refund and you false advertised your website like that, I deserve my refund.
