is player auctions trustworthy? im planning on purchasing an account from them it is aloso posted here by the actual seller so it seemed legit but they will only let me pay with moneybookers or neteller should i do it or not can anyone help me out?

 

Has the seller a good record of selling gold or highvalued items/chars?
Has he been a member for a substantial time?
Has he been active and has a bunch of posts?

If you can answer yes on the above, then i would say that you could probably trust this.

If not i would go look for someone who meets these conditions. There are so many goldsellers on sythe that i dont understand how people get scammed honestly.

I've bought RSGP before on USFINE. Always 10-20m. Woke up wanting alot of GP (to get my white phat back), and this shit happened.

 

I'd keep your report open too. If they didn't willingly give it back, then keep it up there to make them look bad.

 

They really don't care.. they'll try anything because they can get away with it, being in China.. why would you trust these people lol

They need to make their site more aware that they don't accept paypal on large orders, and when they 'do' they need to refund ASAP.

 

Now why on earth would they do that, that would mean they couldnt scam people. :laugh:

But honestly yeah, i checked through the whole site now and i can't find ANY info about it at all.

 

Needless to say, I wouldn't consider it totally scamming.

It's just like in real life if you went to buy a XBox 360 with your credit card they charged the card and then said 'sorry, we dont accept credit cards' and then when you ask to refund they tell you to give the Rest via cash.

For some reason, I never got the money back. It was put in a temporary hold after the dispute and transfered back to the seller? Wtf?

 

Sorry USFine, but this is not the correct way to do business. You do not have the right to hold a customer's money against their will. If you are not willing to provide the service, you refund them. This bullshit about canceling the investigation is just crazy. They do not need to cancel it, you can refund them directly from their investigation.

If you want to come here and do business on an open forum, you should be ready to accept the open criticism that comes with it. Right now, you are breaking the rules we have here on Sythe. And quite frankly you are making GP sellers look back as a whole when you pull sketchy tricks like this.

 

Use KMJT/R2PLEASANT/VIOU much better then those chinese sites.

 

They robbed you blind, it sucks not only that they only are in control of your money but the fact that you have to stress about solving the problem which shouldn't have existed in the first place.

Yo, I'm glad you got your money back man... I kept tabs on this thread to watch the outcome. Glad to hear man. Stick to sythe... I've only been scammed once and that was because I was stupid and traded a guy with 45 posts (nothing else) and went first cause I was desperate... Take your time with the people on here and always request an OMM if the other won't go first.
