Yeh they're Chinese and they're rubbish at english. Also this has happended to me on Norton. I left the site. No point arguing on Live chat. They give you no assistance.

I'm just going to avoid the site, but still you can't blame them for the trojan unless there is proof it was received with intention from their site.
