Username: "Sspud" banned for "Ddosing"

Basically as the guy admitted to, he hacked my skype account "Sythesspud" via skype support, his actual sythe name is "mooney" (He bumped my thread about 5 minutes after my account got comprimised) . After he hacked my skype account I made the bad decision to "Try and get some payback" and maybe "scaring" him into thinking he mad a bad idea hacking my skype, hence i say to him "Skype resolver loading now". BUT if you have a look i am already logged into my skype account meaning it would just show my I.P address IF i was to do that anyway (But i don't). I don't see why i should be banned and even get TWC because somebody has found it amusing to hack my skype account, attempt malicious activites trying to hack people who had trust in me when all I did was try to "scare" him.

I have no idea how I am supposed to prove I am not a Ddoser, nor do I think that the above is sufficient proof that Mooney is the hacker. But i don't find that image valid proof either considering #1 i couldn't have got his I.P when i sent him the message and #2 he was still connected to the internet.

I have plenty of people who can vouch for me that i don't DDoS, have never attempted malicious activies and certainly am not a threat to the sythe community.
