Password Reset Email Broken?

Hey, posting on my account obviously, but I'm trying to change my password, and when I send the password reset email, it doesn't show up, I've been trying for days but obviously either it's broken, or somethings wrong with my account.

I've seen another thread exactly like this, and if it has something to do with I.P's. I can't help there, as I use my phone as internet, and when it goes flat the I.P just keeps changing upon reset. Hence why when you I.P audit my profile I have a lot of I.P's connecting to my Sythe profile.

If you can fix my problem so I can reset my password that would be great.
