    Hello,

    Have given @24 7 a long time to rectify this,

    13/08/2018

    Account has been recovered twice, first time he helped me retrieve back, in 13th october,

    2nd time 09/12/18

    He has been unable to recover since then, and no reply since 17/12

    I made much progress on the account and am very disappointed! Maxed combat pretty much... :/

    Hopefully I can get help here

    It must've been the case, even with the recovery information YOU have you can't even recover; which means the only person with the capabilities to do it would be original owner

    Its not the case as i told you above.
    I don't have to do any recoverys tbf. And no.refund will be issued. Lets wait for mod to reply.

    @24 7 You can't just sell an account, have no liability and keep the account value that was sold.

    If you do not refund this user / recover the account, you will be banned.
