I would like to report shady business practises with this user. This is the first time I've been involved with a trade that has been so bad. I guess ultimately It is my fault for laying my trust in a new user.
So to give a rundown of the situation originally I went to purchase some OCE RP from him, as he was stating that he sold RP on all servers. This I found out was not the case, and he only offered it to a few regions. Anyway I have an NA account I wanted to transfer so I proceeded to buy ~30 usd of NA RP. A little after the trade he informed me that he only was selling Skins & gifts, and not RP. He told me his sythe thread was very clear, and I debated him on this Issue so he changed his sythe thread format. I asked for a refund & to be done wiith the trade but he refuses because its not his problem. At this point still 0 RP has been transferred to me and I see no reason why I can't be refunded other than he wants to be stubborn and make a point, or his intentions were to scam.

Further more he seems to admit that his thread wasn't laid out correctly because he edits it & then comments this:

My goal isn't to get this player banned from using sythe, I would just like to get my funds back and move on with my day. I believe this is most likely came down to a communications error.

Yes, The user misread and we do not offer any refunds, i told him to give me the list of stuff he wants gifted which he paid for which we will more then happily provide.

 

It was very clear that the service was thru gifting centre.

 

Also i would've offered a partial refund+still the gifts for rp but as user decided that a smart way of getting a refund would be to threaten refunding the funds etc then no.

 

I'm not sure that I'm allowed to post like this anymore, but for transparency I would like to add that since I made this thread I've had more messages with user: RK_Rares.

I would also like to point out I don't remember seeing any mention of partial refunds. I don't understand what he really means in his later comments on this thread, but I assume he is making the point that I'm in some way trying to scam him by chargeback fraud, which isn't correct as I haven't charged back my PayPal payment because I have hopes he will do the right thing & I don't want to do it until the matter is fully resolved.

At what point can I consider this a finished topic and go ahead and reclaim my money via PayPal?

As seen in the picture below it seems pretty unlikely @RK_RARES is willing to offer me a full refund nor has he seemed to offer a partial refund & I think going with Paypal claim is my best option. Thoughts? @Champ (really sorry if I'm not allowed to tag you)

 

You are getting the service that u paid for.
Please provide the list of items that u wish to be gifted for the 10k rp u bought.

 

Its fairly obvious his intent was to buy RP and not gifts. This is a reasonable mistake and you will need to refund this or your will be banned. You have 24 hours to do so @RK_RARES.

 

like it says in my thread, "no refunds after the payment has been recieved on my end."
If i have to get banned for this then sure, I have no problem providing vouches/feedback for my services showing proof that im legit.
But I'm not refunding the following customer after his attitude towards me and my business.
The customer will be provided what he paid for.

 

Let me know if you decide to make this right. Also you forgot to mention that your service was outsourced.
