User name issue

First two posts, I understand this is my fault.

I would really like the name to go with the account though, is there a chance I am able to get a one in a lifetime Sythe User change?

You must be a donator to request a name change.

To request a name change after becoming a donator you would do it on the Username Change Request Thread.

You cannot see this since you're a non-donator at the moment, and don't have access to the donator lounge, so I'll quote it and paste everything you need to know in the spoiler below. If you have any additional questions feel free to PM me anytime.

As of January 10, 2016, minor & major name changes are honored as described below.

Those eligible for a minor name change request are those who:

• Have donated a minimum of 5$
• Have a join date which dates to at least a year prior to their name change request
• Have 2FA enabled at the time of their request and pass an IP check (To enable 2FA visit https://www.sythe.org/account/two-step and for a guide see: here.)
• Have not previously changed their name via the minor name change system
• Users with DNTs are still eligible for minor changes, but the changes are heavily scrutinized and may be denied.

Those eligible for a major name change request are those who:

• Have donated a minimum of $200
• Have a join date which dates to at least a year prior to their name change request OR are a $300 donor which are eligible for a name change after 6 months.
• Have 2FA enabled at the time of their request and pass an IP check (To enable 2FA visit https://www.sythe.org/account/two-step and for a guide see: here.)
• Have not previously changed their name via the major name change system
• Will be given a User Title linking back to your old name for anywhere between 6-12 months.
• Must of not been banned or had a DNT for more than 2 weeks nor received a pardon within the last 3 months.

NOTE: One character name requests are not allowed and we can in rare cases deny a request without reasoning.

Username change requests we currently discuss/vote on:

Please bear in mind your desired name must be available/not taken.

1. Removal of numbers in a name where the alternative is available (Example: Name1224 to Name)
2. Replacement of a number in a name (Example: N4m3 to Name)
3. Removal of characters such as underscores or hyphens where the alternative is available (Example: User_Name to User Name or UserName)
4. Capitalization or de-capitalization of name (Example: name to Name or Name to name)
5. Removal of special characters in rare cases where the user profile glitches
6. Removal of random letters that do not add to the username
7. Minor corrections of spelling
8. Major name change

How to apply for a username change:

• You fill out a Name Change Request Form below.
• An Administrator reviews your request and if it fulfills requirements:
  • If you fall under honorable name change request number 1, 2, 3 or 4 above, your request will usually be honored.
  • If you fall under honorable name change request number 5, 6, 7, or 8 your request will be reviewed by an Administrator.
• If your name is changed, your User Title will be edited to reflect your previous name for 6 months unless only capitalization or de-capitalization occurs - you will not be able to change it yourself in this time.
• If your name is not changed, you will be notified as to why and given another opportunity to apply depending on the reasoning.
• Your name change will forever be listed in the List of Username Changes thread unless only capitalization or de-capitalization occurs.
• You can contact an Administrator in 6 months to request your User Title be removed and User Title request perk be enabled for you again if applicable.

A note on banned names:

• Well, unfortunately as per Richard's ruling, if an account is banned for blackhat, scamming, vading (a scamming ban), or anything like that - we can't use the name cause it's needed for future proof. If it was a spam bot or some ban that isn't related to scamming or the other things mentioned above, then the name is up for grabs.
  
  If your name change is affected by this you are welcome to apply for another change of sorts. Maybe in the future this can be overturned but as of now this is the case.

Becoming a $5 donator would be the minimum, which would make you eligible for the minor name change as seen above. To be eligible for the major name change you need to be a $200 donator as seen above as well. The ranks go in order like this; $5, $25, $50, $100, $200, $300, $500, and each one of those comes with their own perks, and prizeboxes.
