User Education is a joke

Perhaps you should browse the UE section on a learn to read guide.

 

The general opinion has not yet been established. There have been arguments made on a lot of fronts. Personally I favour starting from scratch, since there are few, if any, current UEs that are salvageable.

 

You contradict yourself at every turn.

That would mean everyone else was against it, the side of the general opinion.

If you cannot retort intelligently, don't bother. Barely anyone reads the UE section anyway, and again, no one cares.

 

Antchak, all he's doing is giving the UE people FEEDBACK, that's what this section is all about right?

No need for you to be so defensive when you aren't even a UE yourself.

 

I am not defensive; in fact my opinion is that the UE rank is useless. I point out the reasons why UE ranks are still there, why the section is fine as it is, and where he is wrong. Ignorant points should not be considered correct if stated for the wrong reasons.

 

I don't. Try reading. Several people are against the current UEs, the UEs are for themselves, and you seem to be brown-nosing the UEs.

The sample size of opinion is far too small to get any real feel for the public opinion.

You seem incapable of reading. I didn't mention any opposition in the quote you ascribed the meaning of "everyone else [being] against it, the side of the general opinion", I was simply commenting on the constitution of those in favour of the current UEs.

I should not be having to give reading lessons to you people.

I'm sure you were "simply commenting" as if you were commenting on the weather outside. You made your points, they were incorrect and invalid, that is all. No, honestly, I'm not telling you to try reading, I'm telling you to stop, and learn how to do it properly before you hurt yourself trying to eat a book or something. I found it funny that the only people defending the UEs were the UEs themselves, and you.

Sure, the rank is fairly meaningless, it doesn't say anything about how qualified the user is to educate others.

But I think someone is forgetting that most of the UEs are still children, and that this is primarily a Runescape cheating forum. Guides won't be of university-level depth and quality, live with it.

If you dislike the section so, write some guides yourself and become part of the solution.

 

I agree with groove on this one. We need more masturbation guides. This would make everyone a bit happier I am sure.
