Scam Report - User deteriorate | Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:1730

Edit: Ban evader report filed, after more information has been found.

Scammed by the below user. Tried purchasing STEAM_0:0:1730 from him. He refused PayPal, as a lot of people do because of charge-back issues and etc. Instead of Bitcoin, I opted for Steam Wallet codes as shown below. He sent the login details in a zip folder. After sending him the rest of the wallet codes, he changed all passwords and removed me on Skype. I sent him a Sythe PM as shown below, and he responded "Welcome to the real world."
